Once confirmed a booking, cancellation later by the customer will have a cost to it of:
1. - 100% of the amount paid as a guarantee if performed within 7 days prior to arrival date.
2nd. - 50% of the amount paid as a guarantee if done 15 days prior to the first course.
3rd. - No charge (100% return) should make it in advance to the second course.
If charges have not been made on the card and transfers for us, these penalties will be calculated on 30% of the total resrva.
You'll be charged 30% of the total stay. If you cancel after 06:00 PM local time, less than 7 day(s) before arrival.Data of your credit card are required to guarantee reservations. The number and personal information you provide will be treated according to the Law on Protection of Personal Data.
You authorize us to check the validity of the card. In some cases we can load, for us, an amount not less than 30% of the total booking or the amount of the first night. At the end of your stay this amount will be deducted from your total bill. In peak periods or stays of two nights or less, may be required to the amount of the reserve in advance.
Your reservation will be held until the 18-hour in appears as a reservation arrival. If the client's arrival does not occur and there is no communication for confirmation by any means (phone, email, fax) from 18:00 pm the owner may have reserved the room or rooms.
